Job requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic girls with passion for cakes and professional customer services. You must be well presented with good communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers. You have a friendly, outgoing and confident personality and take great pride in making each customer feel special. Furthermore you pay great attention to detail, you are pro-active and always ensure that the academy and showroom premises, the products and your personal appearance are in immaculate condition. You have a hard-working, hands-on and can-do attitude and enjoy being part of a team. An extensive knowledge of cakes and confections is recommended.

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with cake selection
• Assisting for cake making
• Processing payments
• Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales and service areas
• Packaging & gift wrapping
• Advising customers
• Monitoring & updating sales display area
