When should I place my order?
Wedding orders should be placed 3 months before the date you intended getting married on, it is advisable to arrange the appointment well in advance.
Birthday orders should be placed 3 working days before the birthday.

Weddings, one month before.
Birthdays, at pick up time or in advance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards in addition to cash payments and cheques.

Yes, you may change the design two days before the delivery date.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own designs.(eg. Disney Characters, Business logos, etc.)
